Perhaps I should have paid more heed to the references to karaoke in previous comments. In the event I managed to escape before the `entertainment` started, thank goodness. Ravioli with ragu was tasty and plentiful, but tepid. Pizza was good. House white was very drinkable. Tap water in a carafe was charged for! €30 for two reasonable. - Tim

On a busy night, the place was full and the service was a bit slow as a result, but as ever the food was wholesome and plentiful; the welcome warm; and the bill was €30. Pizza nostromo (tonno e cipolle) was as crisp and thin as ever (well done, Fabrizio). - Tim

Ravioli and ragu was delicious, as was pizza (tonno e cipolle). House white very drinkable. All up €30 for two - Tim

This is the airport `a-la-carte` restaurant, not the self-service. A tranquil small dining room, tucked away on the first floor away from the noise and queues, you can eat well here while waiting for your flight. €53 for two including a basic wine and coffee. Generous plate of pasta (perhaps a little over-cooked) and two juicy steaks, chips and vegetables. - Admin

We found this restaurant, after recommendation by locals in the town, when we first visited Barga 2 years ago. La mocchia remains our favourite and I agree with previous comments, the Antipasto is a must and the tagliatia di manzo is the best you will ever taste all topped by great hosts, Francesca & Lorenzo, and of course, great wine! - S & A

Simple food very well prepared. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Good local wine. All in all, a true bargain! - Therese
