We have been visiting this restaurant for the last ten years and it is consistently splendid. The risotto is fantastic - how do they cut the vegetables so small and the pasta is definitely fatto in casa. A lovely atmosphere, always busy so do book ahead. The risotto recipe is featured in Beth Elon's book Tasting Tuscany but the real thing is even better.

Forced to eat here by the November shut down for holidays of many other local establishments, we were very pleasantly surprised. The service was very welcoming. The dining room very pleasant and the food excellent. The cook, Camilla Gianotti, is also the mural artist. The house wine from cantine mini of Montecarlo was very good.
